Big Dreams Start Small – Lead the Way in Early Years!
At Feversham, we believe in nurturing the unique brilliance within every child. Beyond fostering high academic achievement, we champion a holistic approach that celebrates the whole child. As we continue to grow this vibrant environment, we are seeking an ambitious and dedicated Associate Vice Principal to join us and lead our Early Years Foundation Stage. Through diverse opportunities in music, arts, drama, outdoor learning, and sports, alongside dedicated specialist teachers, we empower students to become confident, expressive learners who develop a lifelong love for knowledge and grow into caring, compassionate individuals.
About the role
As Associate Vice Principal – Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), you won’t just lead; you’ll inspire. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping exceptional early years provision across our school. You’ll model groundbreaking practice, develop an electrifying, coherent curriculum, and ensure our youngest learners receive the best possible start, igniting a lifelong love of learning and independence.
As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll drive school improvement with the same innovative spirit that has garnered national and international attention (shortlisted in the top 10 for the world’s best school!). You’ll coach colleagues to excellence, and your visible presence will shape our inclusive, dynamic culture. We provide the conditions, autonomy, and wrap-around care for you to take risks, grow, and thrive.
This role is tailor-made for a passionate, driven, and innovative leader with a deep understanding of early years education and child development. If you’re driven to make a significant impact and believe in the power of a strong foundation to transform lives, this is your opportunity to shine and help us redefine what’s possible in early years education.
